The present invention relates to a process for the routing of data between a transmitter unit (tu1, tu2) and a recipient unit (ru1, ru2) connected by a network (adb) in a processing system (ps1) comprising several units, the method comprising the steps of the conveyance of data in the network between the unit and the destination, and of application of a treatment to the data conveyed, the treatment comprising several steps, which are applied to the data by various units (dpu1 - dpu5) of the network which receives the data, in order to exploit the latency time of the conveyance of data.
