The material has a bone anchoring part i.e. medullar rod (3), and a spherical cup shaped support part (2) assembled together by a complementary conical end fitting (20), where the support part supports a native articular head (101) of a bone i.e. humerus (100). The support part is provided with a dome shaped wall that is contacted with a large surface of a fractured wall of the native articular head of the bone. The support part has a set of holes or openings that permits communication of an external side of the wall with an inner zone of the support part.
