The apparatus (10) has right and left telescopic propulsion connecting bars (11) for moving a lower maxillary of a patient forward. Each bar has a rod (12) equipped with a joint (AR1) connected to a lower jawbone, where the rod slides in a guiding tube (13). The tube carries another joint (AR2) connected to an upper jawbone. The joints are formed by multi-directional connections with a spherical maintaining patella (14) in an unremovable manner in a complementary shaped recess. The recess is formed in support units (16, 17) respectively integrated to the rod and the tube.
