The knife has a blade freely mounted in rotation between a folded position in a sleeve and an unfolded position outside the sleeve. A blocking unit i.e. ball (9), of the blade is inserted inside a housing (11) provided in the sleeve, when the blade is in the folded position. The blocking unit is mounted on a pin fixed on a lug of the blade. The housing includes a maintenance shoulder (14) for maintaining the ball in a position in the housing by locking. An accessory i.e. corkscrew, is mounted on the blocking unit.
