The device (10) has a fluid sampling line (14) sealably connected to an enclosure or channel (1) and to a path of a valve (12), where the enclosure or channel contains fluid to be taken. A distribution cell (18) is sealably connected to a sampling container for filling the container with sampled fluid and evacuating gas from the fluid. The distribution cell is connected to another path of the valve. A gas neutralization device (22) is connected to the distribution cell for neutralizing the gas from the fluid. An independent claim is also included for a method for sampling liquid fluid circulating in an enclosure or channel using a sampling device.
