DIDACTIC METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MODIFYING THE POSTURAL BEHAVIOR OF A USER OF A FURNITURE

The present invention relates to a method and a didactic system for modifying the postural behavior of a user of a piece of furniture, using a database relating to position parameters of a plurality of articulated areas of the body and to a plurality of so-called body type positions obtainable by modifying said parameters. This method includes one or more step iterations including, during the detection of a time threshold, an alert generation inviting the user to perform at least one movement, thus a data record representing the conformity of his reaction. It also relates to such a method applied to a furniture comprising adjustments according to parameters substantially corresponding to the parameters used in this database for the articulated areas of the body. It also relates to a system of this type for the improvement of human health, and a user position detection device used with such a system.
