The panel has a non-elastic material plate (3) provided with reduced resistance lines (5) defining inflatable zones (4). An inflating support (8) is provided with a fluid inlet (12) supplying fluid to inflating zones (9) arranged opposite to the inflatable zones of the plate. An elastically deformable material, sealed to fluid, is interposed between each inflating zone of the support and each inflatable zone of the plate. The elastically deformable material is fixed to the support. An independent claim is also included for a method for realizing an inflatable motive panel.
