The device has right and left deodorant bottles (13), and a pressure control device including a motor (3) and a polygonal fixation plate (2) provided with cam shafts for installing a gear assembly. A fan shaped large wheel is rotatably coupled with one of the shafts by a shaft sleeve. The wheel has a toothed arc that is engaged in a small wheel for forming the control device. The plate is screwed at the top of a chassis (12) by locking a fixation screw (15) in a circular hole. A front cover i.e. hollow structure, covers an outer part of the chassis, and is entirely coupled to the chassis.
