The machine has a cabin moving on a rail, and a working platform surrounded by a railing on top of the cabin, where the cabin is a space closed during the displacement of the cabin. The platform situated on the top of the cabin is constituted of an access to a driving or working cab in height. Controls for moving the machine are situated on top or bottom of a structure in the cabin, where the machine is carried by a guide rail equipped with a rack. The access to the cabin from top and bottom is closed by a trap door.
