The combination has a rigid and smooth casing for supporting weights, and a honeycombed cover operable in a non-deformable manner. The cover covers a wiping mat presented in the form of short brushes. An aspirator i.e. cyclone separator, includes an electric motor (12) that is automatically triggered by pressure of the weights to produce an aspiration force to aspirate and clean dust and impurities collected by a shoe sole through orifices provided on the cover. The motor is connected to a duct collection chamber (13) containing a dust filter (113).
