The casing has a radial periphery (C1) with passage openings i.e. stepped slots (C3), permitting passage of an axle that fixes and positions a support (1) of an active part of a tool e.g. brush tool. The stepped slots have notches (C31) successively established in a horizontal plane by defining level bearings. Adjacent parts (C32) between the level bearings are vertical and form carriage stops. The stepped slots are formed at 120 degrees from each other. The axle is supported and centered on one of the bearings and on a locking button (2).
