The device has a caisson in which a roller-blind (V) is mounted in a rotatably drivable manner. The caisson has fixation arrangements inside a wall (P) and above a window (F) in the wall. A guiding assembly (E) is fixed at an exterior of the wall, and includes arrangements for freely sliding the roller-blind and guiding the roller-blind during unwinding of the roller-blind, from a slot formed in thickness of the wall, above the window and in communication with the caisson. The assembly includes side uprights (5) fixed on both sides of the window.
