The ball has a sphere (1) made of synthetic or natural material, where a ratio of its weight expressed in grams on its diameter expressed in cm is comprised in a range of 10 to 20. Rigid discontinuous protuberances are distributed at a surface of each hemisphere of the sphere. Each protuberance has a revolutional cylinder part (2) whose axis is perpendicular to a surface of the sphere. The cylinder parts radially extend by chamfered parts (3, 4) in a direction of the surface of the sphere, respectively.
