The method involves providing extension interfaces (210) for independent operators of mutual bets and a backbone server (230) so as to form a backbone network and to be connected to a public communication network (200). A connection is established between the server and the interfaces to collect and distribute information required to establish direct connection between the operators, by the server. A direct connection is established between the operators to directly exchange transactions for taking bet offers by the independent integrating operator to the independent distributing operator. The public network is a world-wide internet network based on transport control protocol/Internet protocol. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a system for distributing mutual bet offers between independent operators of mutual bets (2) an extension interface for implementing a method for distributing mutual bet offers between independent operators of mutual bets.
