The device has a triangle shape interior opening unsealed in its narrowest part forming an opening for penetrating a vine shoot and propping thread. Flexible notches (8) are provided at interior of an arm (6) for penetrating the vine shoot and the propping thread at interior of opened clips, where the clips are made of degradable material or biodegradable material. The triangle shape interior opening has a guiding cut for drifting the clips from a wide part to a narrow part for realizing compression closing of the arm.
