The device (1) has a movable front panel (10) movably mounted and displaced between a closed position and an open position. The panel closes an opening (150) formed through a roof of a vehicle (100), in the closed position. The panel has a front part that is mounted pivotingly with respect to a transversal axle that is mounted in rotation with respect to a fixed transversal axle. A rear part of the panel is mounted pivotingly with respect to another transversal axle that is displaced along a longitudinal translation movement.
