The structure has a crosspiece (4) installed between cradles (2). Each cradle is equipped with hollow trunnions (6) projecting from the cradle in a direction of the other cradle, where the trunnions extend along a common axis (X). The crosspiece has ends configured to be engaged on the trunnions along a direction (F) perpendicular to the common axis so as to align the crosspiece on the common axis and to lock the crosspiece on the trunnions by rotation of the crosspiece. The trunnions and the crosspiece are made of aluminum.
