The garment has two joint parts (1, 1') for covering lower limb of the person, and joint parts fixation units provided at free ends of the joint parts. A face (2) includes two free panels (2a, 2b) that are superimposed and fixed by a fastening system e.g. self-gripping type fastening unit. A perineal part (3) is fixed on one of the parts at the level of a bottom (16). The perineal part has elastic type or cordon type tightening unit on its free ends (10, 11). The perineal part is fixed on the face by the fastening system.
