The part (1) has two front housings (13, 14) opened on front face (11) of a section (7) i.e. rectangular transversal section bar, and rear housing opened on rear face (12) of the section. The housings receive a wire from a path of latticed wire cables. An opening is placed on the face and between the front openings. A deformable tongue (25) is provided adjacent to one of the front housings. A throat is extended along longitudinal axis of the section and provided in other housing.
