The device has an ejection system (52) with a common ejection plate (82) connected to a common punch part (10) of a punch. The plate is moved towards and spaced from a support along a displacement direction (A). The system has a specific ejection plate (84) slidably connected to a specific punch part (12) and removably coupled to the common plate. A central spindle (86) is connected to the specific part by a fixation unit i.e. block (90). Downstream and upstream tubular ejectors (100, 102) are integrated to the specific plate and slide around the spindle to eject a piece (115) from a mold. The support is constituted of a movable plate that supports the punch, and a fixed plate that supports a matrix of the mold.
