The device has rods (T1, T2) integrated to a nut of a motorized manipulator fixed on or in a sash (P) of a shutter. A free end of wings is articulated on an end of spindles (B1, B2), and another free end of the wings is articulated on the rods. A base is fixed on an edge of a frame of the sash of the shutter. The rods are fixed with a movement transmission axle. A longitudinal casing (CR) is arranged on an inner face of the sash of the shutter. The casing is provided with a horizontal blank, which permits passage of the spindles and a head of a yoke joint (C).
