The device has a slide slidably guiding a suspender along a longitudinal wall (3). A temporary immobilization unit temporarily immobilizes the suspender longitudinally in the slide, where the unit has a pin (11) projected in a plane of the longitudinal wall and engaged inside an opening of the suspender. A fixing unit i.e. screw (21), fixes the device to a concrete beam (26) by tightening, and is subjected to surface treatment by depositing a film made of neoprene(RTM: extremely versatile synthetic rubber) or resin. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a suspender fixing device.
