The device has a base plate (2) fixed at exterior of a base carrier and provided with a screw comprising nut for fixing a cover (5), where the cover protects a cylinder (4) of a lock (1). A case is provided with a safety device having encrypted code, and fixed on the cover. The nut is unscrewed, the cover is withdrawn and the cylinder is accessible when the case is opened. A hole (8) allows passage of the screw onto the case.
