The device (1) has a levitation system (6) i.e. electromagnetic levitation system, for levitating a mobile part (2) i.e. magnetic mobile part, in a levitation position. An electronic circuit (3) changes a state of output of the device based on presence/absence of the mobile part in the levitation position, where the output state change provokes starting and stopping of the levitation system. The mobile part is in a shape of a person, animal or a celestial body. A presence sensor (5) e.g. capacitive type distance sensor, measures distance from the mobile part to the levitation system. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a light fixture comprising an interrupter forming device (2) a warning device comprising an interrupter forming device.
