The device has an aluminum piece i.e. hook (1), fixed removably on top of a shoe, moccasin or a sandal by a thin leather strap. Another aluminum piece (9) is maintained at a base of a knee by a strap (10) with a self-locking buckle (11). The latter piece supports two adjustment buckles (5, 7). A flexible link connects the former piece to the adjustment buckles, where the flexible link is formed by an elastic part (3) and a length adjustable strap (4). An upholstered band (13) is removably fixed to the latter piece by a self-adhesive Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fastener) system.
