The device has a fixed part i.e. base (14), connected to a body of a horse, and a lever (16) moved with respect to the fixed part and connected to a head of the horse. A return unit (18) i.e. elastic loop, maintains the lever in a position corresponding to a desired posture of the horse. A swivel pin connects the fixed part and the lever, where the swivel pin is arranged such that the lever is rotated in a longitudinal plane of the horse. An end of the lever is fixed with an anchoring point to fix a connection unit between the head of the horse and the lever.
