The aerogenerator has two rotors (1, 2) e.g. oscillating hubs type and counter-rotating type rotors, placed opposite to wind and on a stretched floating structure (3), where the structure is provided with a float (15) and a ballast (4). The structure swivels around a fixed sleeve (17) located above a water surface, in order to orient an upper part of the structure opposite to the wind. Shrouds (14) assure maintenance of the structure. The orientation of the upper part with respect to wind direction is controlled by separately varying pitches of the rotors.
