The panel e.g. traffic sign panel, has a fixation reinforcement integrated on a bearing structure e.g. ground or wall, to receive a data medium and fix the panel. Rectangular elementary modules (4) are arranged on a surface of a support, and the fixation reinforcement is provided with a lower slide and an upper slide. The slides extend on an entire length of an internal surface of a lower edge (7) and an upper edge (19). The elementary modules sliding on the lower and upper slides are provided with a groove of complementary shape.
