The device has a hollow rigid cupboard (1) whose inner portion is provided with a hydraulic circuit (2) that is associated with a metering/transferring pump (3). The portion of the cupboard is accessed by a door (4) that is arranged on its front face. The circuit and the pump are assembled on a removable support plate (5) that is fixed in the portion of the cupboard, opposite to a base wall of the cupboard. The support plate has an adjusting unit for adjusting vertical and horizontal positions of the pump in the portion of the cupboard that is formed by a single molded plastic piece.
