Transdermal and/or transepidermal delivery system comprises a dispersion, in an external aqueous phase, vesicles formed by lipid lamellar phases comprising at least one amphiphilic lipid and encapsulating an internal aqueous phase, where the dispersion further comprises hyaluronic acid and/or its derivatives, in the external aqueous phase and/or the internal aqueous phase.
