The head has a cover locking unit including a sealing liner and a shoulder respectively maintained on a cover and a fixed frame. The liner and the shoulder occupy an inactive configuration corresponding to a deflated state of the liner, at which the cover is moved to an open position, and an active configuration corresponding to an inflated state of the liner. The liner and the shoulder, in the active configuration, are supported one against the other in a contacting manner to form a stop for preventing the movement of the cover from a closed position to the open position. The liner is in the form of an inflatable annular air tube, and the frame is secured to a wall of a body of a barrel.
