The tower has a sleeve authorizing rotation of frames (2) beyond its normal locking position to place a free end of a rail (11) at an outer side of a plan of the tower in which the frames are normally located. The sleeve avoids interference between a free end of diagonal of one of the frames and a stirrup of a jamb (10) of other framework. Other stirrups are placed at same level with the former stirrup. The stirrups are placed at a distance from pins to allow assembling and disassembling of diagonals and/or ledgers (5) on the stirrups according to needs after the superposition of the frames.
