The turbine has an air turbocompressor integrated to a shaft of a propeller by a gearbox connected to a rotation speed sensor to establish better regulation of mechanical torque and minimum movement. Compression ratio is defined such that initial force of the propeller is multiplied by 10. The turbocompressor stores mechanical energy through compressed air, where the stored energy rotates a generator in a non-wind period for 30 minutes to 1 hour. The generator is operated in a quasi-uninterrupted manner, and the turbocompressor is placed at a base of the turbine to optimize power.
