The device has a supply line (30) connecting a reversible electric pump (20) e.g. screw-down pump, to a utilization site (40) for permitting supply of the utilization site in fluid (F) i.e. urea, carried by the pump in a fluid reservoir (10). An air intake (90) is formed in an upper part of the reservoir and connected to the supply line via an auxiliary line (92) equipped with a unidirectional check valve (94) in series for permitting purging of the device. The pump is placed in an enclosure (60) arranged in the reservoir.
