The device has a chassis (42) for fixing a single lens reflex (SLR) camera (4). An adapting ring (6) clinches around a lens (5) of the SLR camera. Big gear (14) and small gear (15) are sustained by the chassis, where the adapting ring is seated and fixed on the big gear. The small gear is engaged with the big gear for driving and rotating the big gear. A motor (18) is sustained by the chassis and coupled to the small gear, where the motor drives to rotate the small gear and drives to rotate the adapting ring through the big gear.
