The device has a belt (2) connected to a bladder type tetrahedral shaped base, where the belt is pierced by metallic eyelets (3) suspended with adjustable shoulder straps (4, 5) when the transportable seat is positioned on back of a user. The base is formed in a seam side of a zip fastener (6) to permit filling of the seat with polystyrene balls or emptying the seat. A self gripping band is superimposed on the zip fastener for concealing and strengthening the fastener.
