The device has a modular paper tape (1) receiving a self-adhesive (3) and an adhesive layer (5) on its respective faces and fixed to a cover (2), where width of the paper tape is 2cm over its length. The self-adhesive is protected by a removable sheath. The adhesive layer is protected by a removable tape. A rear side of the device is fixed to the paper tape by sewing to form a book. The paper tape is folded in its middle.
