The device has an elastically deformable arm (7) i.e. rod, with two fixation units (8, 9) for fixing the arm on a nail (5), where one of the units is provided with a sliding connection (10). The other unit is constituted by a plate connected by a face at an end of the arm. The connection has a locking unit permitting engagement of the arm in the connection. The former unit is formed from a single material e.g. polymer and composite material. The arm has a cylindrical section placed in a nozzle of the connection. Thickness of the plate of the latter unit ranges between 0. 5 mm and 3.0 mm.
