The device has a rapid and progressive brake system located at very short distance from a ground, where braking of the rapid and progressive brake system is accompanied with a sufficient damping of shock on arrival. A cylindroid nacelle is provided with resistant walls that are made of any light material such as canvas fabrics or plastic film. Each user is seated on a chair on a seat that is made up of memory foam. A small-sized parachute is fixed at an upper part of the nacelle.
