Composition (I) comprises: one or more anionic surfactants (A) having one or more sulfate, sulfonate and/or phosphate groups; one or more alkyl ether carboxylic acid anionic surfactants (B) different from anionic surfactants (A); one or more amphoteric and/or zwitterionic surfactants (C); one or more nonionic alkyl(poly)glycoside surfactants (D); one or more non-silicone fatty substance (E); and optionally one or more cationic polymers (F), where the weight ratio of the quantity of the anionic surfactants (A) to the amount of the nonionic surfactants (D) is 0.5-1.
