Cosmetic article comprises a water insoluble substrate (A) comprising one or more layers; and a composition (B) in the form of an oil-in-water emulsion, which is added or impregnated into the substrate, where: (B) comprises an oily phase dispersed in an aqueous phase comprising at least one non-crosslinked amphiphilic polymer; the globules of the emulsion has an average size of 15-500 microns; and the oil phase is present in an amount of less than 35 wt.%.
