The fork (10) has a guiding system for relative guiding telescopic round male and female tubes of a single arm (13) using a longilineal element constituted by a rod and implanted in a direction same as that of the tubes. The element is fixed at an edge of the female tube and penetrated inside the male tube by a housing placed in a penetration end of the male tube. The housing is adjusted at a constant section of the element and implanted relative to a central axis of the tubes such that the housing prevents rotation of the tubes by using absence of revolution symmetry of the element.
