The mini cup-tagine (1) has a conical lid (3) for covering a dish (2) with an external edge (4) and an interior edge (5). The external edge is utilized as a maintenance support to maintain the dish. The interior edge receives an edge (6) of the lid, and is designed to be able to crimp a film or a cap (8). A strip (9) is provided on one of the ends of the cap. The lid is removed and the cap is withdrawn simultaneously by utilizing the strip such that a user places back the lid on the dish and places the mini cup-tagine to a microwave oven to heat a recipe.
