The tool has a metal work end fitting (3) provided at one of ends of a handle (2). The metal work end fitting is coated with an external coating (4), which comprises a fluorocarbonaceous resin layer (41) and a primary metal anchoring layer (42). Thickness of the fluorocarbonaceous resin layer ranges between 150 micrometers and 300 micrometers, and fluorocarbonaceous resin layer forms sintered continuous network. The metal end fitting is a bar furnished with raking teeth, so that the tool constitutes a rake, and the metal end fitting is a shoveling plate, so that the tool constitutes a shovel. An independent claim is also included for a method for realizing a manual tool for handling bituminous macadams.
