The device has a tubular shaped flexible sheath (4) pierced with louvered openings (5), where the device is movable within a closed or non-closed chamber by a rail (1) positioned at a ceiling of the chamber. A movement device e.g. gear motor (7), is installed on the rail to permit displacement of the device. The sheath is retracted by circular elements (6) ensuring retraction of the sheath during inversion of rotation direction of an air blower (2) i.e. bifurcated fan. A flexible inner membrane is positioned inside the sheath to optimize air flow by blocking specific rows of the openings.
