A switch (4) is actuated by a dedicated circuit that is controlled by the receiver. A radio transmitter (8) is externally connected to an electric power generating station, transmits a signal to be collected by the receivers, and induces closing of the switch to place the modules or series of the modules to short-circuit. The photovoltaic modules are electric power generators.
