The device has a tack point (8) of a kite (2) provided in a top part of a mast (1). A pair of mobile fastening points (9a, 9b) fastens a pair of traction lines (10a) at a level of a bridge of the traction lines. A differential adjustment system adjusts the traction lines. An adjustment system (11a) adjusts length of a pair of brakes (7a, 7b) of the kite. The tack point is located vertical to a longitudinal central axis of a hull of a boat which carries a rigging. A wing of kite is symmetrical with respect to the longitudinal central axis.
