The device has a platen (1) used as a support on which pawns are placed by forming a rectangle. A spring part (3) and corners (4) block the pawns. A raising plate facilitates serigraphy of the pawns, and is used for separation of the pawns. Two cutter-holders comprise angle brackets (2) sliding along an edge of the platen. One of the cutter-holders carries out the cut at width of a thin sheet glued on the pawns. The other cutter holder carries out the cut at a length of the thin sheet glued on the pawns.
