The cover (2) has a central rigid disk (21) forming a main body. A flexible peripheral ring gear (22) and the central rigid disk form a bi-material single part, where the bi-material single part is obtained by overmolding of the peripheral ring gear on a surface of a peripheral edge of the central rigid disk. Lateral surfaces of the edge are formed by a thin extension extended in a median plane of the central rigid disk. The lateral surfaces of the edge are formed by a channel. The central rigid disk is realized by acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, rigid polypropylene, glass fibers or molded light alloy. The peripheral ring gear is realized by nylon, elastomer polymer or flexible polyethylene. An independent claim is also included for a wheel comprising a cover.
