The block has a separation recess (13') provided between two elementary sub-blocks (4E', 4I'), and disintegrating units (10') for disintegrating the elementary sub-blocks. The elementary sub-blocks have fitting units arranged for permitting positioning of one of the elementary sub-blocks with respect to the elementary sub-block, after disintegration of the elementary sub-blocks from the construction block. The fitting units are arranged on a face of a transversal wall (6') of the side of the separation recess.
